On TS-464eU-8G spec, it written that since JAN 2024, RAM is expandable to 16Go. But on most resellers web site it is written it is not. Probably because they have old version in stock. But how to find a reseller that will sell me the good version fo sure?

Contact QNAP Support and ask them if all TS-464eU-8G can be upgraded or not due to your findings.
