QTS is faster for sequential file transfers (typical home file server usage), especially on lower end models with limited RAM. Scrubbing should still be done at least monthly with QuTS as well.
In addition to the model lines that have a “h” in the name, I know of at least these models TVS-X72 (as mentioned you need to make sure it’s from late production), TS-X55, TVS-675, TS-X73A and TS-X53E (only 2 and 4-bay though) that run QuTS Hero. TS-X55 and a late TVS-X72 with at least a core i3 CPU are the only ones I would recommend and I’d say 16 GB RAM is a minimum for ZFS.
