Hello, I need some buying advice/feasibility check.
TS-644 (32GB) 6x14GB HDD 2 x 2GB NVMe — which dual/quad NVMe expansion card is possible in the 644? Do the internal NVMe slots still work when an expansion card is installed?

The answer is yes. (For the TS-664 in the title; the TS-644 does not exist.)
The most affordable card is the QM2-2P-244A.
However, I would recommend the QM2-2P-344A or the QM2-2P-384A.
