TS-669L lost RAID 6 configuration after power outage

The NAS has six 2TB drives configured in a single group RAID 6

After power outage, the NAS lost the RAID 6 configuration. The six disk have not been modified. The GUI does not have a recovery option.

Is there a manual way to fix the missing RAID Group 1 configuration?

Does that NAS have md_checker via SSH?

Please open a support ticket so our Support Team can check whether the RAID configuration can be recovered. Until then, we’d recommend not making any further changes to the drives, to avoid reducing the chances of recovery. Thanks!
