Currently, I’m running a TS-879Pro on 3.6.0 Build 0210T and want to update the firmware to the 4.3.6 series, but a direct update to 4.3.6 fails.
According to the official support’s investigation, it seems that I need to update to the 3.8 series first. However, the 3.8 series is no longer available for official download, so I’m stuck and unable to update.
If anyone has the 3.8 series firmware, I would really appreciate your help.
