Hello all, I have recently come into possession of a TS-h973AX and I love it - although the problem I have is that I am missing a tray. I have looked everywhere online, including the QNAP US online store and I can’t seem to find a replacement. According to documentation, the model I am looking for is the TRAY-35-BLK03. I can’t seem to find that exact model anywhere. The only ones I have found are TRAY-35-NK-BLK03 (which is the version without a lock) and TRAY-35-BLK02 which looks VERY similar to what the actual tray looks like - I’m just not sure if it would fit in the TS-h973AX. If anyone knows where I can buy the exact replacement OR if either of the two other models I mentioned would work, please let me know, I would be super grateful. Thanks for reading!
