TS230: RAID1 one HDD replacement

I’m using TS230 with two Seagate IronWolf (ST4000VN008) 4TB 5900rpm.
Unfortunately one has issue and I have to replace.
Now I’d like to use WD RED PLUS 8TB 5640rpm 256MB (WD80EFPX).
WD is not on reccommendation list dedicated for TS230.

Do you see any obstacles for this configuration?

No obstacles..no (besides 4TB on one disks won’t be usable)
