I just acquired the latest and greatest version of the TS262, the TS262A.
Overall configuration is:
QNAP TS262A-4G
NVME 512GB disk for system purposes (SK Hynix M.2 512GB)
2 Ironwolf 4G 5200RMP HDD (ST4000VN006)
1 GBE connection
Latest version of firmware and QTS
Currently, the system is very basic setup and do not have any additional tasks running, than basic OS.
When I completed the set up, I’ve connected a power meter, to see, how it compares against specs. with following results:
Idle, HDD spining: ~20W
Idle, HDD standby: ~14W
Unfortunately, no official power consumption figures have been released for the TS-262A. However as the only difference to TS-262 is the upgrade to N5095, I would expect similar idle power figures.
We compared your results with our internal validation data for the TS-262A, and the values are within the expected range for this model.
Your measurements:
Idle with HDDs spinning: ~20W
Idle with HDDs in standby: ~14W
These results are very close to our internal verification data. Actual power consumption may vary slightly depending on HDD model, installed memory, enabled services, ambient conditions, and the measurement equipment used.
Based on the data provided, your TS-262A appears to be operating normally and we do not see any indication of abnormal power consumption. Internal validation results show approximately 21W during idle operation and around 15W when HDDs are in standby mode.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding power consumption information. We are planning to add power consumption figures to the hardware specification page on our website in a future update, so customers can more easily compare expected power usage before purchase.

Thank you very much for your update, positive that my measurements matches your internal measurements. Figures seems to align with the TS-264.
The reason behind my post was no official figures for the TS-262A, so I compared it to the TS-262 which have lower power figures. Assuming the CPU was the only difference, idle powers should be identical. But seems like other differences are behind the difference.
