Tried to turn on 2-step authentication but QS Authenticator codes are not working. I tried to turn off this function and I am unable to log in to change the requirement for 2-step. I tried resetting the unit 2 times without success. I have NO access as admin or as user. Need some assistance please!
Be sure to follow the steps to perform a 3 second reset as noted here to clear 2FA.
The default password will be reset and depends on your firmware version
If this fails, you should contact QNAP support
