TS877 Cache Acceleration KO

I’m Chris from Paris France

I have an TS877 on QTS 5.2.10.3577 with 3 raid 0 partitions on it ( 2 SSD + 2 times 2HDD)
I had an issue with the SSD that i used for cache

So i try to suppress the cache accélération. Qnap ask for the admin password

And that’s the problem > The admin password that I use to connect the web interface is WRONG when i use it to confirm Yes i want to suppress the cache acceleration grrrrh!

Does someone has a clue ?

I made a ticket to the qnap support team as well but the are off for the week-end

If your raid0 cache failed then your data is busted, use your backups to rebuild the system (with raid0 all around, your backups must be solid…right?)
