TVS-873 stuck on booting and won't load

Hi.

I’ve got a TVS-873 that is stuck on booting.. will not proceed any further than that.

Has anyone had this or know of a way to fix?

Does the NAS boot into setup without drives ? (If so then the DOM is working)
If not, then contact QNAP support for assistance as this NAS cannot be user recovered

Hi.

It won’t boot regardless of disk in or disk out.

Status flashes red

I see that it can’t be recovered manually.but i see people posting about resister fixes on older ones..

is there any known ways to fix before I contact qnap and beg for help…?

The resistor fix is for intel C2000 CPUs, your NAS has an embedded AMD CPU, completely different.
