TVS-AIh1688ATX Processor Specs

I did alot of research on this and even watched a video that Qnap created about this model.

I am 100% certain that I am buying one and my question is in the video they are using a Intel Core 9 285 processor but on the QNAP websiite when showing :

Intel Core Ultra 9, 24 (8P+16E) core, 24 Threads, up to 5.6GHz

that is a 285K correct? 285K Max speed is 5.6GHz and 285 is 5.5GHz?

if its a typo on the website my question is can a 285K version of the Intel core 9 fit on that motherboard? I know the TDP voltage is higher on the 285K.

Yeah I would bet it will work but cooling it will be an issue. With previous models you couldn’t really get a good cooler on it but with the bigger case it might be possible to slap desktop grade cooling on it and be ok.
