While updating, its keep showing entry point not found. and the update will just hang there. After rebooting, the qfinder pro was unable to update up. I had to reinstall the application to get it working

Have to kill with task manager and uninstall.
Reinstalling version 7.13… works OK

Same. I had to uninstall the new one even though the install failed. Then downloaded 7.13.3 from QNAP.

Same here…I had to reintall previous ver. uninstalling the current one. Through the app update it gives you the error…
The Qfinder Pro 7.14 was installed normally on my Mac.
But it shows an error that can not find MSVCP140_1.dll and failed on my Windows.

Thank you for reporting this. We have confirmed that this issue does not occur when downloading from the official website. As for the error that may occur when updating through the application, we will resolve it as soon as possible.
For users already experiencing this issue, please restart your computer first (or make sure QfinderUpdateMonitor.exe is not running), and then reinstall using the full installer.
