I’m Korean and (not North Korea) I use a translator so the writing may not be smooth.
Anyway
I don’t know what this friend is.
Attached is the picture below.
Currently, all 1 to 4 drives are equipped.
There is no drive 5.
This issue was not resolved even though a factory reset was performed.
If you know how to solve it, please help me.

Hi mate, if you post a screenshot in an English language forum, please ensure you set your QTS interface to English before taking the screenshot.
This forum does not translate the text in posted images, and there will be only a small number of folks here who can read Korean.
Thank you.
Looks like an old CAT1 NAS with drive problem, but as OneCD said, impossible to read screenshots where the codepage just spits out questionmarks
What happens if you insert an empty disk in the bay 5, wait for it to be recognized, and then remove it ? (all while the NAS is turned on)
I believe the question marks were manually added on the screenshot by OP.
Could you please run the following two commands and share the output with us?
-
cat /proc/scsi/scsi
-
sudo fdisk -l
Also, could you send me the following config file via private message? /etc/config/raidtab
Thanks!
