Update bug fixes QNAP VAAI NFS Plugin for ESX 9.x

The current version of the QNAP VAAI NFS Plugin version 4.0 offline bundle is from 2024-07-08. Last year VMware released ESX 9.x, I am not sure if the current plugin is 100% compatible.

I am running into issues… When cloning a VM on the same NFS datastore it breaks. The clone is having boot failures.

Disabling the VAAI Plugin only seems to solve it, but a copy action takes much longer. It cannot use the features of the plugin.
