Update firmware Switch 10GbE QSW-1208-8C

Hi!

Since a few weeks I have a few disconnection of my Syonolgy NAS DS1522+.
The problem seems to come from the switch.

Is there a app to check the switch and may to help me to understand what’s append, I’ve been working since 2 years and didn’t have the problem from my home, only on the office network!
I would like to know how to update the firmware QNAP Switch 10GbE QSW-1208-8C. I’m not able to manage this switch through my network (QuickFinder Pro see it) but unable to connect via a browser, even with port 3283 or 5900)
I’m working on Mac OSX Sequoia.

I’ve try to find the answers on the web site but didn’t fin something helpful!

The default port of QNAP Switch should be same as QNAP NAS, have you try 80, 8080 or 443?

Yes and it doesn’t work!
I’ve asked ChatGTP just to see and I’ve got the answer that it’s impossible, even with ssh or telnet protocole!!!

The QSW-1208-8C is an unmanaged switch. You can’t login to it. There’s no firmware available for it anyway. :wink:
