Using Eufy camera's with Surveillance station Alarm recording

Hi All,

I have set 2 eufy camera’s using RTSP protocol to record on my Qnap using Surveillance camera.

However, it only is possible to record during scheduled times, and not using motion detection.

I installed Qmon and connected to my NAS.
However in the Surveillance station under Event management - Traditional settings the option Alert recording is greyed out.

Is it possible to change the settings and only record when motion detection is registered?

Hi @Lamers-IT sorry that the Surveillance Station has been End of Life and no longer provide updates, we don’t even have the Qmon app you mentioned.

It should be possible to set it to only record video when motion detection is triggered like QVR Pro.

If you can provide more information such as NAS model, firmware model, Surveillance Station version, etc., or a screenshot of your settings, we should be able to provide further suggestions.

Version = 4.3.3.2784
Surveillance Station = 5.1.5.3.8
The setting from your print screen is not what I I see

Here is my setting (as you can see Alarmopname (Sorry it is Dutch) is greyed out
