Zero snapshots consume storage

I have a TS-873A with firmware QTS 5.2.6.3195.
I have a storage pool made by 8 disks WDC model WD80EFZX-68UW8N0, the pool is 50TB.
The space is occupied by snapshots for a total of 16TB even if there are no snapshots visible from QTS.
The issue is very similar to Zero snapshots consume 4TB of storage

Hi,

follow the recommendation from the quoted issue: open a support case. Apparently, only QNAP can solve this. At least they did this for me. Good luck!
