Hi, after updating the firmware for my TS-453Be, the IR remote stopped working:
QTS Version: 5.2.9.3499 Build 20260514 Published: 2026-05-22
Rolling back to the following the remote start working again:
QTS Version: 5.2.9.3451 Build 20260327 Published: 2026-04-02
Anyone else have the same issue with the latest?
Based on our verification, this model does have this issue in this version, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will work to fix it as soon as possible in a future release, and our team will also discuss whether there is a workaround that can help in the meantime. Thanks!

I’ll wait for a future firmware release and test whether the issue has been resolved once it’s available. In the meantime, I’ll remain on the older firmware version, as the IR remote is working correctly there.

Odin’s solution is still valid : install manually the firmware 5.2.9.3451 and block the automatic update.

Thanks. I installed it manually on my TS-453Be. The update installed successfully, and the IR remote is working again.
Oddly, there was a warning that the firmware was older than Build 20260514 during the installation, but the NAS is now running QTS 5.2.10 without any issues.
