Hi, we are currently trying to install Nextcloud on my TS832XU-RP NAS, but I can’t connect to a folder via SMB from the same NAS.

  1. Can I ask for configuration, or how exactly do you have it set up so that data sharing between NAS folders and Nextcloud works for you?
  2. Has the data disappearance been resolved, or does it even make sense to install it when there are such errors, or should I turn off snapshots?
